Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Luck and Marble website and attendance at our physical Sydney venue at 18 Harbour Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. They are written to explain practical expectations for visitors and apply alongside venue instructions displayed or communicated during a visit.

Dining and shared-space expectations

01

Consideration for fellow guests

Luck and Marble is a dining venue designed for a premium but welcoming evening. We ask visitors to act respectfully toward fellow guests, hosts and staff across dining and shared spaces. Considerate conversation, awareness of personal space and attention to the experience of others help keep the venue comfortable. These expectations are practical guidance for sharing an in-person environment, not a prescribed list of behaviours.

02

Table setting / shared environment

Care for venue spaces

Please treat dining settings, furnishings, card-room areas and other venue property with care. The venue combines tactile dining and card-room environments, and each shared area works best when guests move through it thoughtfully. Where guidance is provided by staff, including guidance about using shared areas, visitors should follow it so the evening can proceed smoothly for all guests.

03

A coordinated evening

Dining, card-room activity and other hosted elements take place within one physical venue. Hosts may coordinate timing and movement between these areas to keep the experience considerate and workable for visitors. This coordination does not promise a particular schedule or availability; it simply reflects the practical needs of an on-site evening where guests and hosted activities share the same setting.

On-site card room

Card room and hosted poker terms

Poker, offline poker, Texas Hold’em tournaments, high roller experiences and poker tables are offered as physical, hosted experiences at Luck and Marble’s venue. The card room is an in-person venue space, and website content is informational only; it does not create remote participation. “Offline poker” describes a hosted physical format, not a digital product. Every listed format takes place on site, within the venue’s coordinated card-room setting.

Planning route

Evening planning and private requests

Planning an evening

An enquiry about dining, the card room, poker tables, offline poker or a hosted evening helps Luck and Marble understand a visitor’s interest. An enquiry is not itself confirmation of an arrangement. Relevant information may be discussed through the venue’s planning process, allowing the venue and visitor to consider current details for an intended on-site visit without assuming availability or a particular outcome.

Request-specific details

Private event discussions

Discussions about a private event or a coordinated high roller experience remain subject to the details communicated by Luck and Marble for that particular request. These conversations concern physical venue hosting and on-site coordination. Visitors should confirm current details with the venue rather than relying on assumptions about group arrangements, format availability or any inclusions that have not been communicated for their request.

Current information

Schedules, dining details and hosted-format information may change over time. When planning, use current venue communications for details about poker, Texas Hold’em tournaments and other hosted venue information.

Site use / Route 08.05

Website content and responsibility

01

Informational use

Website content is provided to help visitors understand Luck and Marble, its dining offer, card room and hosted in-person experiences. Please use the content lawfully and respectfully. The site does not provide online poker or remote access to poker formats; it is a source of venue information for people considering an on-site visit or seeking a clearer picture of the physical experience.

02

Content changes

Venue information, food and menu content, dining details, poker-table arrangements and Texas Hold’em tournaments may be updated over time. Visitors making plans should check current venue communications for the information relevant to their intended visit. This practical guidance is not a substitute for details communicated about a particular arranged visit or hosted format.

03

Site materials

Visitors should not copy, misuse, interfere with or represent Luck and Marble’s website materials as their own without permission. This includes the Luck and Marble name, written content and visual materials presented on the site. We ask visitors to treat these materials with the same care and respect expected in the physical venue environment.
